A huge part of Tangents for Talent (T4T) is providing opportunities to further people’s education. With this in mind, each year the team work closely with Staffordshire University to ensure the Film & TV Production Technology course continues to offer amazing opportunities to its students and stay up to date with current industry practices and trends. T4T provides employers feedback at industry feedback panels, offers briefs to students to take on planning, filming, and editing opportunities, provides interview experience, and gives formative input on several modules.

A large part of this takes place between September and January each year via the  Corporate Video Production module, which helps students understand and apply corporate video production techniques to real client situations. Students that take on these opportunities leave higher education not only with a BSc certificate, but with industry experience for their CVs and portfolio items for their showreels.
